The used sand shall be recycled through the processes of iron removal, crushing, membrane removal, screening, micro powder removal, etc. Each process has strict technical standards, which will directly affect the quality of reclaimed sand.

The manufacturer shall provide detailed data to ensure that the grid plate rubbing force is less than the gravel impact resistance. Second, stripping: the resin film close to the 500 degree range of casting in sand mold will be burnt and burnt. The existence of burnt film affects the strength of sand mold, wastes a lot of resin and must be completely removed. However, the resin film wrapped on the surface of sand can not only reduce the amount of resin, but also increase the yield of sand mold, which can not be removed. The defoaming equipment uses the impact force to make the burnt film fall off, and the impact force must be less than the impact force of gravel. The manufacturer has the obligation to help the foundry to determine the reasonable sand iron ratio, so that the defoaming rate is ≥ 26%, and the burning loss is ≤ 4%.
