In most cases, there are molds in sand casting. The mold is the carrier of the casting. The sand is the baby of the casting mold. The compactness of the casting sand is the prerequisite for the quality of the casting. At present, there are two types of sand mold production. The first is semi-automatic compaction. Type molding machine, mainly by manually adding sand, and then using equipment for compaction, manual mold removal, the efficiency is relatively low, mainly depends on the physical strength of the operator about 25-30 boxes per hour; the other is the injection molding machine, It is mainly divided into vertical parting boxless injection molding machine and horizontal parting boxless shooting molding machine. The vertical parting boxless injection molding machine does not use a sand box for modeling, and the molding sand is directly injected into the molding room with a template. The size of the sand mold is high. Because the sand box has cavities on both sides, the productivity is high, but the core is more difficult. , Strict requirements on the quality of molding sand. The horizontal parting box ejection molding machine uses a sand box for modeling. After the sand mold is made, the box is closed and the box is removed. The core is more convenient and the productivity is high.

This article mainly introduces the vertical parting boxless injection molding machine (hereinafter referred to as the automatic vertical molding machine). Its main functions are: automatic sand filling, filling the regenerated molding sand into the flask; compacting the molding sand, through injection The process of compaction and mold release makes the loose sand in the sand box compact, so that the sand mold has the necessary strength in the process of handling and pouring, and ensures the quality of the casting. The automatic vertical moulding machine is composed of body, rotating arm, ejection structure, shock compaction mechanism, rotating arm indenter part and pneumatic piping system, etc. It can be designed and manufactured according to customer''''s casting conditions

 1. The fuselage is made of a solid hollow frame work piece. The upper part supports the indenter part of the rotating arm. When pressing, the rotating arm hooks the fuselage so that the pressing force is absorbed by the fuselage. The indenter part of the arm, the indenter is fixed on the rocker arm that can rotate, the indenter has a screw lift which can be adjusted to the distance from the indenter to the flask according to the height of the flask

 2. The swing arm is to control the reciprocating movement of the cylinder piston through the hand-pulled valve to realize the movement of the positive arm and the swing arm.

 3. The ejection structure consists of two ejection cylinders, connecting rod, balance shaft, ejection table, ejection rod, etc. When the ejection cylinder starts, the connecting rod is driven, and the balance shaft and ejection table make the four ejector rods eject at the same time Moulding from the sand box.

 4. Shock compaction structure. Adopt spring micro-vibration pneumatic compaction structure, compaction shock increases vibration. The clamping cylinder locks the vibrating cylinder when the mold is drawn, and the clamping cylinder is released when the mold is dropped.

 5. Pneumatic piping system: the input compressed air is removed by air filter to remove water and impurities in the compressed air, and then lubricating oil is injected through the lubricator to supply various pneumatic components and mechanisms, and the action of the machine is realized by the hand valve console .

 6. Air supply and lubrication. The machine is operated by air source as energy and oil as lubrication. The intake pressure and oil volume are adjusted by the pressure reducing valve and the oil regulating valve respectively. When the air source passes through the lubricator, the oil is sucked into the pipeline according to the siphon principle, and the mist enters the pipeline system for lubrication.

How to safely operate the molding machine is a concern of every foundry enterprise. Sanzhuji combines more than ten years of manufacturing experience and production experience to summarize the following operating procedures

 1. Comply with the general operating procedures of molding machine and core making machine.

 2. When the moulding machine is drawing up, the ejector rod must be smoothly and synchronously up or, otherwise, notify the maintenance personnel for repair.

 3. When the molding machine is pressed, the turret of the sand-pressing beam should rotate steadily, and do not operate too hard to cause shock.

 4. The operator must pay attention to whether the mold is good before and after production, and whether the positioning pins of the outer mold and the core mold are matched.

 5. The staff who operate the molding machine should concentrate their thoughts.

 6. After the molding machine is completed, the mold should be hoisted to the specified pouring point (line) according to the process regulations. Placed neatly, and lock the box with iron or clip. Miscellaneous items must be marked.

 7. The sand box of the molding machine is not allowed to be stacked too high, generally not more than two meters, and the tools used must be stacked neatly to prevent accidents.

 8. Pay attention to safety when using blowtorch to prevent fire. The running lights must be low-voltage bulbs below 36V, and high-voltage bulbs above 220V are prohibited.

 9. When using the molding machine, check whether the spreader is in good condition. When lifting, the hook should be fastened and the chain should be straightened. Oblique lifting and overload lifting are not allowed.

 10. It is strictly forbidden to repair the mold under the lifting sand box. Unpacking the large sand box, when turning over the box, it must be filled with square objects.

 11. The sand box used by the molding machine must be firm, and the hand must be intact without cracks and bending.
