When mixing, the rotor drives the sand mixing scraper to quickly stir, and the bottom main motor Drive the bottom sand mixing scraper for main mixing, and the water pump can automatically add water according to the set time period. After 3-4 minutes of mixing, the pneumatic discharge valve opens the discharge bin door and automatically discharges the mixed green sand. The silo is transported to the sanding port of the molding machine through the belt.
The S114C double roller sand mixer uses two rollers rolling in the sand mixing bin for green sand mixing or water glass sand mixing. The top is open, which can automatically add sand or manually add sand.
L252A-5000*1200mm vibration shakeout machine is used for casting sand separation. The green sand on the surface of castings is separated by vibration. The castings run forward while vibrating, which can realize two functions of vibration and conveying at the same time. It is mainly used for large castings. Manhole covers, pipe fittings, motor shells, etc. Green sand enters the sand conveying belt at the bottom through the falling sand grid, enters the old sand recovery equipment, and the castings are transported to the shot blasting area.
The Y955 suspended magnetic separator is used to remove iron impurities in the old sand. It is placed above the sand conveying belt and placed in a crisscross pattern. A container can be placed at the feeding port for the storage of iron impurities.
S4310 fine hexagonal screen is used for old sand screening to remove large sand blocks in old sand. Green sand contains bentonite and coal powder. Green sand near the casting channel will solidify when it contacts high temperature molten iron, and the solidified sand blocks after crushing will be solidified. Screening and removal, the dust removal port on the top of the hexagonal screen is connected to a dust collector, which can remove the dust in the old sand and prevent the old sand from condensing into small sand beans due to more dust.
The Y3710-75000mm bucket elevator vertically transports the regenerated old sand to the sand storehouse, the old sand in the sand storehouse is matched with new sand, bentonite and coal powder are quantitatively conveyed to the sand mixer for new mixing.
