1. S56 Vibration Regenerator
1.1 Composition: The S56 vibration regenerator uses the vibration motor as the excitation source, and the excitation force is generated by two symmetrically arranged vibration motors rotating in opposite directions. The direction of the exciting force is at a certain angle to the horizontal direction, and the sand blocks rub against each other in the material basket. The sand particles on the surface of the sand blocks fall off during the grinding, and at the same time, part of the adhesive film is also removed. The sand particles or small sand masses smaller than the gap size of the material basket leak to the groove bottom plate with the corundum wear-resistant layer attached to the inclined bottom of the material basket, and then continue to be acted by the excited vibration force and move upwards. The friction between the surfaces can further break the sand mass and release the film. Then the material enters the screen for screening, the small sand mass that does not meet the size requirements is discharged from the side of the equipment through the slag discharge tank, and the under-screen is output into the next process.
1.2 Main features:
1.21 This machine is a multifunctional regenerator integrating crushing, regeneration, screening and rubbing, with compact design and complete functions. The main body is welded with Q235D high-quality carbon structural steel, and the residual internal stress of the welding is eliminated by heat treatment after welding. Thus, the overall stiffness and local strength of the device are guaranteed. The material of the falling sand grid is made of 16mn, and the grid holes are punched and uniform. 1.22 The broken sand passes through the grid plate in the middle of the equipment in a shower shape, and falls into the rubbing regeneration chamber, where it rolls and undulates in waves, rubbing and colliding with each other, interspersed and rubbed to reach the sand outlet. There is a screening device to completely separate the slag and sand and flow out through their respective outlets.
1.23 There is a dust suction port on the upper part to suck away the dust generated during the crushing and regeneration process. So as to achieve the purpose of primary crushing and regeneration. Impurities and unbreakable foreign objects move in reaction force and are pushed to the slag outlet on the side, which can be removed manually and regularly.

2. S52 Eddy Current Centrifugal Regenerator
2.1 Composition: S52 series eddy current regenerators refer to the latest technology of Japan''''s Sun Casting Machine and are produced and manufactured after localized design. The eddy current regenerator is composed of a base, a motor, a rotary disk and a rotating shaft, a support, an annular wear-resistant retaining ring assembly, a casing and other components.
2.2 Working principle:
The motor drives the rotary disc to rotate at a high speed and makes the sand entering the disc by gravity to obtain centrifugal force and then move to the edge of the disc, and finally to the wear-resistant components around the equipment at high speed along the tangential direction of the rotary body. The sand particles are affected by friction and impact during the movement, so that the binder on the surface of the sand particles is removed.
2.3 Main features:
2.31 The deep-disk rotary basin is used to increase the time for the sand to stay in the basin, that is, to increase the time for sand friction. The specific surface area is about 1.3.
2.32 The sand is projected outward along the mouth of the regeneration basin and rubs and collides with the partially refracted sand, and then peels off the film. The regeneration rate is high and the breakage rate is low. The principle of regeneration is that the sand rubs against each other to remove the film, which not only ensures that the sand is not broken but also reduces the wear of the equipment.

2.38 This machine is a multi-functional regenerator that integrates magnetic separation of micro-metal particles, full regeneration of sand rubbing and film removal, air separation, cooling and dust removal. During the working process, the sand that has undergone secondary magnetic separation enters the first-level regeneration basin. Under the action of centrifugal force, the sand is sprinkled in a parabolic shape through the regeneration basin with unique structure to the surrounding wear-resistant rebound plates, and the rebounded sand continues to enter. The sand is violently rubbed and then scattered to the lower retaining ring of special structure, and a sand eddy current is generated around the ring, which is violently rubbed with the continuously entering sand. Under the action of centrifugal force and hydrodynamic force, it first enters and passes through The sand is squeezed out of the lower retaining ring, and falls into the second-level regeneration basin in a rain-like manner through the diverting device to repeat the working process of the previous level. During the regeneration process, the sand is loosely thrown up many times, and the sand is rubbed against each other to release the film. The generated dust and tiny particles are sucked away by the suction port. After the secondary regeneration, the sand continues to rain down to the air separator, and through the multi-stage curtain structure, the dust in the sand and the sand exceeding 160# are separated or sucked away.
