4、Electrical control system.
The whole line of vanishing mold sand processing line adopts PLC automatic program control, at the same time with automatic and manual switching function, the whole production line of each unit of equipment start, stop can achieve the following operation: press the total start button, the whole line will automatically start in order; when the whole line meets the stopping conditions, the whole line will automatically shut down, but if one of the unit of equipment does not meet the stopping conditions, the equipment can continue to run, until it meets the conditions after complete stopping. until it is completely shut down after meeting the conditions. When shutting down at the end of the shift, the whole line will be shut down sequentially by pressing the general stop button. 
At the same time, the production line is equipped with a chain protection function for each unit of equipment. When the whole line or unit equipment is running, if one of the equipment fails to stop, the equipment will show a red light alarm, and the preceding equipment of the failed equipment will stop immediately while the following equipment will run normally. This protects the overload operation of the equipment and eliminates the occurrence of equipment accidents. The electric control of the whole line not only controls each unit of equipment, but also stops and starts the linkage control of the material level of sand storage.  The PLC is Japanese Omron and other main electrical components are Siemens to ensure reliable operation of the whole line.  This vanishing mold casting production line equipment configuration is scientific and reasonable, using advanced automatic control, to ensure the completion of the production program at the same time, improve the production efficiency, save a lot of labor for the enterprise, and really reflects the meaning of the green revolution in the foundry industry.

5.5 The treatment of exhaust gases such as CO is relatively small. During casting, the white mold is decomposed and vaporized by heat, and the generated exhaust gas enters the wet dust collector for water bath treatment by evacuation, then it is separated by vapor separator, and the separated exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere. 
5.6 The whole production line is equipped with dust removal system, and air volume adjustment valve is set between each equipment; dust concentration is lower than the national standard.
